ORDERING

How can I order Silhouette Perfection items?
You can place an order through our secure website. If you prefer, you can email us at customerservice@silhouetteperfections.com to place an order over email. We’ll send you an invoice for payment via our preferred payment options.

I love an item, but it’s out of stock. What should I do?
We frequently restock popular items. Sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications as soon as the item is available again.


PAYMENT

I am an international customer. How do I know the cost in my local currency?
We serve customers worldwide, and all pricing on our website is in US Dollars (USD). If you’d like to know the price in your local currency, please check conversion rates through your bank or payment provider. The final amount charged depends on the exchange rate used by your credit card company at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards. For alternative options, such as mobile money and PayPal, please check the available payment methods during checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your ‘Spam’ folder. If it’s not there, contact us at customerservice@silhouetteperfections.com for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we process it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been processed. You can still return your item(s) according to our Returns Policy.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
For ‘ready to ship’ items, allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. For ‘made to order’ or pre-order items, allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. Orders combining in-stock and pre-order items will be dispatched in one shipment once everything is ready.

My order was confirmed, but now I received an email saying an item is out of stock. What does this mean?
Sometimes an item may sell out before we can process your order. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund for the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-5 business days for local deliveries within Ghana and up to 10 business days for international orders.

Which shipping service do you use?
We partner with reputable shipping carriers for both local and international deliveries.

What are the shipping costs?

What if I refuse a delivery?
Please do not refuse a delivery. If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged the original delivery cost and the return fee. Any refund will be issued minus these charges.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Email us atcustomerservice@silhouetteperfections.com for return instructions.

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as masks, undergarments, or swimwear.
  • African fabrics often vary in pattern and placement, which may differ slightly from what is pictured. Minor imperfections in the fabric are normal and not considered defects.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I care for my Silhouette Perfection pieces?
To ensure your garments last for years, follow these care instructions:

  • Remove stains with a damp cloth and warm soapy water.
  • Hand wash separately with a mild detergent.
  • Iron on the reverse side with a cool iron.
  • Do not machine wash or bleach.
